Return policy
Effective Date: October 05, 2026 This return policy applies to all purchases made on BareSilhouette.com.
3.1 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Items must meet all the following requirements to be accepted:
- Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition
- All original tags, labels and packaging are intact
- Not damaged by customer misuse
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Custom made or personalized products
- Items with obvious stains, damage, odour caused by customer wear
3.2 How to start a return
Please email our support team at contact@baresilhouette.com to submit your return request. Include your order number and reason for return. We will reply and provide return instructions within 2 business days. Do not send items back without prior approval from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
3.3 Return Shipping Cost
Original shipping fee is free for your order. If you return the item, you are responsible for paying return shipping cost to send the goods back to our designated return warehouse.
3.4 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you about the result of inspection. If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and bank, normally takes 5–10 business days.
3.5 Exchanges
We support exchange requests within 30 days of receipt. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer full refund instead.
3.6 Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive damaged items or incorrect items from us, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery, attach clear photos of products and packaging. We will arrange solution including replacement or refund, we will bear the related shipping cost for this situation.
